Appointment Changes or Cancellations
We understand that plans change and that occasionally you will need to either cancel or rebook your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please text or call at least 24 hours before your appointment. This gives us a chance to fill the time with someone on the wait list. You can also cancel or reschedule your appointments on-line at londinlashstudio.phorest.me/book# 24/7/365.
This time has been reserved with your stylist just for you. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible, but a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. We reserve the right up to 50% of the service price payable before additional appointments can be booked.
Unfortunately, if you arrive late, we can not extend your appointment time. We will fill your lashes as much as we can in the time allotted. There will not be a discount for the service. After 20 minutes late, you will need to reschedule.
Children in the Studio
We think your kids are amazing, but unfortunately, the studio is not large enough to accommodate them during your appointment. The policy is also for the safety of your children. It is impossible for you to attend to them while you are getting your lashes done.
We want a safe and relaxing experience for all our guests. As well, our insurance company frowns on unsupervised children. Your lash time should be time for just you without the distractions of either your children or other people’s children.
We cannot perform your service if you arrive with children. This policy is strictly enforced

Saskatoon Public Health prohibits pets or animals of any kind (other than service animals) inside the studio.
We love to lash! Make up removal – not so much. Please come with your lash and eye area make up free. Coming from work? Come a few minutes early – we’ve got makeup remover at the studio. Clean lashes last longer.
All services are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
